Purchasing a Course

Q: I am trying to purchase a course, but once I click ‘Add’ to my shopping cart, nothing shows up. I keep receiving the Your Shopping Cart is Empty message.
A: It is important to make sure that your computer and all software associated with it is compatible. Please enable your ‘cookies’, or popups, to allow for the website to function properly.

Course Access

Q: I’ve purchased my course, but I can’t seem to access it.
A: To access your course, log in to LearningIs4Me.com with the email address and password you used to create your account. After you do this, go to the My Subscriptions tab and you will see the course(s) you purchased with the text “Play” underneath the image. Once you click play, your course will begin.
Q: I am trying to create a new user account, but it says “The Email Address provided has already been accepted into our database. Please provide an alternative email address.”
A: This means that your email address is in the database from a previous endeavor at Region 4. You can follow the “Click Here” link next to Forgotten Your Password and request a change code. Then you will enter your email address, change code, and the new password in the spaces given. You will then need to log back into LearningIs4me.com using your email address and new password.

Certificates

Q: I’ve completed my course and received my grade, but I can’t seem to access my certificate.
A: In order to access your certificate, you must complete the course evaluation. To do this, log in to LearningIs4Me.com with the email address and password you used to create your account. Click the My Transcript tab. You will see a link to complete the Course Evaluation. After you complete the Course Evaluation, you will have access to a button that says “Print Certificate”.If you are taking the paraprofessional course, you must submit your writing sample and notice to be graded and upon completion and a passing grade, you will be issued a certificate that can be found under My Transcript.

Saving Progress

Q: I’ve completed several pages of my course at an earlier time. When I log in, it starts me at the beginning of the course again.
A: In order to save your location in the course, you must click the "Save & Close" button when you leave a course. Clicking the "X" to close the browser window will not save your progress in the course. The Save & Close button is located in the upper right hand corner of the course window. Please keep in mind that 'Save and Close' will not be effective if you are trying to save in the middle of a quiz or assessment. The quiz or assessment must be completed in its entirety before you can 'Save and Close.' A sample of the icon is shown below.
